Self check-in and check-out times
Check-in
Check-in is available from 3pm
We operate a smart home automation system for self check-in. The web-app opens the gate and main door. The house door opens with a pin number which you will receive prior to your arrival. Key in the number on the on the smart lock to open the door. You are required to complete your registration as soon as you arrive. A copy of your identity card/passport, signed contract along with the house items check list and tourist tax must be sent.
Check-out
Check-out time is by 10am.
Before leaving the house, please check you haven’t forgotten anything, replace any books taken from the library and leave the keys on the kitchen table.
