Smart holiday home
L9 is a 55-square-meter holiday home – located in Tortoreto Lido, Abruzzo – created from a penthouse attic and furnished in a minimalist style.
Every detail has been carefully selected by Made in Italy professionals: AlfaSecur for home automation, Key Doors for the smart lock, Davide Groppi for designer lighting, Opinion Ciatti for furnishings, Lorenzetti for curtains, Nardi di Vicenza for the outdoor lounge, NIMS for the ergonomic mattress, DAMEDA di Meda for the custom-made sofa bed, and Top Flora for the greenery on the balconies.
L9 features two panoramic balconies. The larger one is equipped with a comfortable lounge area with an OLED TV – complete with Techa protection system – and a motorized pergola, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in any season.
The more intimate balcony, adjacent to the kitchen, offers picturesque views of Tortoreto Alta, the Majella Mountains, and the Corni del Gran Sasso.
The sky in a room
The high-end furnishings and custom finishes of the house enhance its atmosphere, offering a unique and unrepeatable experience.
In particular, an innovative LED lighting installation, featuring extraordinary and sustainable technology, creates the visual perception of a blue space illuminated by light that faithfully reproduces sunlight.
As soon as Coelux is turned on – this is the name of the system installed for us by Lightcenter in Aosta – it feels as if the sun’s rays, from a sky already visible in the distance through the side windows, pass through the sloping roof, creating a magical emotion: the feeling of having the “sky in a room.”

At L9, we have made many conscious choices for environmental protection that makes our hospitality sustainable.
Our electricity supplier Alperia uses green energy exclusively, that is from renewable sources and causes little or no negative environmental impact.
Our energy saving choices include using exclusively LED lighting, smart consumption monitoring systems, that make L9 a high energy efficiency smart holiday home.
Protecting our planet, for present and future generations, also passes from these responsible choices of attention, care and cultural awareness for sustainable development.
Plastic Free Certification
L9 for environmental and social sustainability
Our smart holiday home in Tortoreto Lido has been awarded the international certification "Plastic Free Certification", grade B.
This award is given to companies and operators who are actively engaged in reducing single-use plastics and adopting sustainable practices for the environment through concrete policies, actions and practices.
We demonstrate our commitment daily by promoting alternative and sustainable solutions, raising awareness and empowering our guests about the negative impact of plastic on the environment, especially on the seas and natural ecosystems.
Our “concept” is founded on the teachings of philosophy, sociology and anthropology" that aims to send out a small conscious daily reminder for the renewed attention and respect for the planet earth and its principal inhabitant.

L9 is a hospitality project dedicated to the travelers of the 21st century, attentive to sustainable tourism, seeking an absolute carefree holiday where they can enjoy our Adriatic Riviera and, at the same time, discover the beauty of our territory through experiences in art, history, nature, food and wine.
The perfect synthesis of this concept is our holiday home, located just a few steps from the sea, a starting point to explore all the beauty the territory has to offer.
With L9, we are designing a new way of thinking, experiencing and promoting the territory by offering our guests, an ethical and sustainable stay, to rediscover and appreciate time and not just a tourist package.

Transfer
Comfortable and safe transfer service from/to the airports (Pescara, Rome, Bologna, Perugia and Ancona) and railway stations.
Service is carried out with Mercedes-Benz Citan 1.5 111 CDI S&S Tourer Pro.
Breakfast
Breakfast included with the stay.
Every morning we deliver delicious freshly baked croissants from a renowned local pastry, left on the doorstep so as not to disturb.
Private parking
Our guests have a private and guarded parking: before the self check-in you will receive all the instructions for the automations that allow the opening of the gate and the entrance to the parking.
Beach facilities
During the summer season, our beach partner service located just a few minute’s walk from the house provides sun-loungers, deck chairs and sun umbrellas along with a personalised cotton beach towel.
