Situated in Tortoreto Lido, Abruzzo, second row from the beach, L9 is a 55mq open space holiday home. The interior is furnished with custom-made minimalist style décor.
Outside, nature leaves its mark on the house from sunrise to sunset offering our guests stunning views from the two balconies of the Adriatic Sea, Tortoredo Alto hill, the Majella Mountains and the peak of the Gran Sasso Mountains.

Comfortable and safe transfer service from/to the airports (Pescara, Rome, Bologna, Perugia and Ancona) and railway stations.

To make your journey as eco-friendly and your arrival as smooth as possible, we offer you an exclusive transfer service with our trusted driver, Oreste.
You can arrive comfortably by train - which is the most environmentally friendly form of motorized transport in terms of greenhouse gas emissions - to the station of Tortoreto Lido, or if you prefer by bus.
Oreste will be there, ready to welcome you and accompany you to L9.

During the summer season, our beach partner service located just a few minute’s walk from the house provides sun-loungers, deck chairs and sun umbrellas along with a personalised cotton beach towel.
